What counts as a signature request?
A signature request is a document sent for signature(s). If you send one document to 5 people, that's 1 signature request. Unlike DocuSign, we don't charge per signer or per envelope.
Is self-hosted really unlimited?
Yes. The AGPL-3.0 license means you can deploy, scale, and use Supersign without any limits. No hidden license fees. You only pay for your own infrastructure costs.
Can I switch between self-hosted and managed?
Yes. Your data is portable. You can migrate from managed cloud to self-hosted (or vice versa) anytime. We provide migration scripts and support.
What if I need more than 100GB storage?
Managed Cloud can be upgraded with additional storage at $10/100GB/month. Enterprise customers get unlimited storage included.
